This is a challenge for you to prove to yourself that you can change your mindset towards exercise. Go from finding an excuse to making it work. Suzanne takes you through two reps of an exercise a day. Sometimes, she gets challenged by her daughters. That is not an excuse to stop, you find a way to make it work!
